Getting started with CrossFit is simple at Open Door CrossFit!

The first step is to call or email us to set up your free NO SWEAT INTRO. This allows us the opportunity to meet you and find out what your goals are and how we can help you reach them. If you decide that Open Door CrossFit is for you, the next step is to enroll in our OnRamp course or personal training sessions.

By offering one-on-one training during the OnRamp course, we minimize distractions and can pay maximum attention to your individual needs. In the OnRamp Course, you will learn how to perform the fundamental CrossFit Movements safely and effectively, ensuring a seamless transition into Group Workouts.
